Eileen Lee is the Office Manager for Total Home Solution and runs the day to day operations to help keep our team running smoothly. Eileen brings almost 20 years of construction industry experience in office management, administration and sales. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business, including accounting, HR, sales, marketing and customer service. Eileen is also assistant to the owner and plays a strategic support role to his daily workflow.
Eileen enjoys the diversity of her role and opportunity it affords her to closely interact with her teammates, homeowners and vendors. She is the friendly voice that our homeowners have grown so accustomed to hearing when calling in to our office, and takes great pleasure in making sure they are each taken care of. For Eileen, customer service has always been the key to creating successful results and happy clients.
Eileen is married to Howard and they have a daughter, Mia, whom she adores. She finds joy in spending time with her large extended family & close friends, creating something new in the kitchen, photography, travel, and lounging on the beach at the Jersey shore.
